Refund policy

 

At MEMO, we create cameras built for preserving real memories. If something isn't right with your camera, we're here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your MEMO camera to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your MEMO camera must be in its original condition — undamaged, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@memocamera.shop with your order number and the reason for your camera return. Your feedback helps us improve.

Return Shipping

Unless we made an error (wrong camera, defective, or damaged), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the estimated shipping cost for your confirmation. After you approve, we'll provide the return shipping details. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your camera.

Important: If your return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to process a refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your camera return.

Note: Customs delays are beyond our control and do not qualify as valid return reasons.

If your camera arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your camera, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs. Your bank may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

Looking for a different camera variant or color? Reach out to us at contact@memocamera.shop. We'll send an invoice for return shipping and any price difference. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive return instructions. After we receive and inspect your camera, we'll issue store credit so you can place your new order.

Return Denial

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines or fall outside the 30-day return window. Cameras sent to unauthorized addresses will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your MEMO camera arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@memocamera.shop. We'll arrange a replacement camera or full refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your camera order? Contact us at contact@memocamera.shop as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.
