Where We Ship
We ship across all of Europe. At the moment, we do not ship outside of Europe.
Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 1 business day (weekends and holidays excluded). During busy seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 3 to 9 business days from the moment your order is dispatched, depending on your location. Once your camera ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your MEMO's journey every step of the way.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region and local carriers. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your MEMO arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders across Europe. No minimum order, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Customs & Taxes
MEMO ships with IOSS pre-cleared, which means all EU taxes and duties are already included in the price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.
Change of Address
Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@memocamera.shop and we'll do our best to help. Once your order has been processed for shipping, address changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
We move quickly to get your camera on its way. If you need to cancel your order, email us at contact@memocamera.shop with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund straight away.
